Our Care

Care and support, planned around you

From a few visits a week to complex and live-in care, every service is person-centred and built around your routines, choices and assessed needs. Where clinical care is required, appropriate nursing oversight and clinical governance are provided. Choose a service below to find out more.

Home & Personal Care

Home and personal care helps you stay safe, comfortable and independent in the place you know best. Visits are planned around your day, whether that is a short call each morning or several visits from getting up to going to bed.

Your care worker supports you in the way you prefer, respecting your privacy, routines and choices at every step.

Support can include

Who it is for

Adults who want practical help at home, people returning home after illness, and families who want reassurance that a loved one is well supported.

Dementia Care

Living with dementia can change day to day. Our dementia care is calm, patient and consistent, built around the person rather than the diagnosis.

We learn about each person’s history, interests and routines so that support feels familiar and reassuring, and we keep families informed as needs change.

Support can include

Who it is for

People living with dementia at any stage, and families who want the person to remain at home for as long as it is safe and right for them.

Respite & Short-Term Care

Caring for someone you love is rewarding, but everyone needs a break. Respite care gives family carers time to rest, recharge or attend to other commitments, knowing their relative is in safe hands.

Short-term care is also available after a hospital stay or illness, helping people settle back at home and regain confidence.

Support can include

Who it is for

Family carers who need a break, and people who need extra support for a limited period.

Palliative & End-of-Life Care

When someone is approaching the end of their life, being at home can bring great comfort. Our palliative care focuses on comfort, dignity and the wishes of the person and their family.

We work alongside GPs, district nurses, hospices and other professionals, so care is joined up and families feel supported throughout.

Support can include

Who it is for

People with a life-limiting condition who wish to be cared for at home, and the families supporting them.

Children & Young People

We support children and young people at home, in the community and, where agreed as part of their individual care arrangements, within educational settings. Support is shaped around the outcomes identified in each child’s care plan or Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Our team includes experience in education, which helps us support routines, communication, confidence and independence in ways that make a real difference to daily life.

Support can include

Who it is for

Children and young people with additional needs or disabilities, and families looking for consistent, well-organised support.

Complex Care

Complex care supports people with appropriately assessed complex health needs to live safely at home. Where clinically required, packages are supported through appropriate clinical governance and nursing oversight.

All clinical tasks are delegated and carried out only by staff who are trained and assessed as competent, within their professional scope of practice and our clinical-governance arrangements.

Support can include

Who it is for

Adults and children with complex health needs who are assessed as suitable for care at home, including packages funded by the NHS or local authority.

Live-in Care

A dedicated care worker lives in your home, providing agreed daily support. Any overnight support is assessed and arranged separately.

It is an alternative to moving into a care home, allowing you to stay with your belongings, routines, pets and neighbours around you.

Support can include

Who it is for

People who need support throughout the day and want to remain at home rather than move into residential care.

Direct Payment & PA Support

If you receive direct payments or a personal budget, you can use them to arrange care that suits you. We can provide support in a flexible way that fits the outcomes agreed in your support plan.

We are happy to talk through how this works and help you understand your options before you decide.

Support can include

Who it is for

Adults, young people and families who manage their own care budget through direct payments or a personal health budget.

Funding routes we can work with

Care can be funded in different ways, and many people use a combination. We are happy to talk through your situation and point you in the right direction.

Self-funded care

You arrange and pay for care privately. We will agree your care plan and costs clearly with you before care begins.

Local authority funding

If you are eligible for support from the council following a needs assessment, your care may be arranged or funded by them.

Direct payments & personal budgets

You receive funding from the council or NHS and choose how your care is provided, including support from us.

NHS Continuing Healthcare

People with a primary health need may be eligible for care that is fully funded by the NHS, following an assessment.

This is general information only. Eligibility for funding depends on individual assessments by the local authority or NHS. Please call us on 0330 133 4551 to discuss your options.
